Good location, but this hotel definitely needs some tlc. Our room was dirty, our bathroom faucet was broken, are shampoo and conditioner dispenser was busted off the wall, and our fridge didn't work. The toilets are very low to the ground. We have never ever seen a hotel with such short toilets. They were child-sized.

Area seemed unsafe, underground parking also scary, seemingly homeless people all around and in the property Very loud trains nearbly Rooms were mostly clean Beds and pillows super uncomfortable Check in and out seamless Staff very friendly Although they said there was breakfast I found nothing this am around 9am

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Had a microwave and a nice size fridge.Protected garage so you can get your car without going out into inclimate weather. It was directly behind the Tacoma Dome so it was about a 3 min walk to get to the venue. Unfortunately there was a burn hole in the couch in my room and the view was less then stellar. As far as noise it was pretty quiet except for the train that rode by about every 15 minutes. The way the parking for the Tacoma dome was I'd consider staying there for the convenience.

We booked a room for 2 adults & 2 children, on the website it had indicated a queen bed and sofa bed but when we arrived there was only a double bed in the room -- no sofa at all. We went down to ask the front desk about the mistake and she said they were fully booked and couldn't move us. I asked if there were any pull-out cots we could use, she said they didn't have those. She said that I would need to contact Expedia but didn't offer any other help. Not only was the room missing a bed/sofabed, it also didn't have a hairdryer and all the soap had been squeezed out of the in-wall shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Several electrical wall sockets were not working -- overall the WORST hotel we have ever experienced! Paying $470 and not getting the basic necessities to spend the night was appalling. Expedia customer service was of no help so deeply disappointed that they could treat a loyal customer of over 25 years like this. I'm extremely disappointed and saddened by this poor customer service experience!

Great location to get to the Tacoma dome. It was very clean inside. The staff and security were very nice.

Definitely not what you expect after seeing their marketing pictures. Homeless people inside the property. Yellow water comes out of faucet. Gym has one dumbbell. Generally very dissatisfied with the cleanliness, or more specifically the lack of it.

The staff were efficient, kind, and helpful. The area, not the fault of the hotel, is a bit noisy at times. The hotel is conveniently located near the Light Rail, I-5 access, and, the best of all, the Brown& Haley factory for any Almond Roca needs you might have. Highly recommend!
