"While the building may look a bit old, it is kept in excellent condition. The rooms are also really clean; staff are friendly and always willing to help. There is also a lovely snack pack provided daily with 2 bottles of water - all free of charge. I would probably choose to stay at the same hotel if I will be travelling to Taipei again."

Some reviews made us nervous with regards to the professionalism of the staff, but I have to say our experience was the complete opposite of many of the bad reviews. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and inviting. They were also very accommodating.
