"We came into town for a concert and stayed at your hotel. The location &. hotel were perfect. Only complaint was the employee at the front desk. She was not friendly checking us in nor friendly checking us out. She had an attitude that was righteous & entitled, we were not impressed. "

"The lady at Check In (Leslie) was very nice and friendly, she made us aware of all the issues before agreeing to check in. She gave us an upgrade and we stayed right above the lobby in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was super comfy and although it was not equiped or had the amenties as other Extended Stay it was enough for us since we just needed a place to rest nearby. The beds were super comfy and thankfully unlike other reviewers I did not see any roaches and our apartment was very clean."
