"Beautiful uninterrupted view of the ocean and sunrises. So close to the sand. The unit was spacious, clean and well set up. Good parking and also a lovely deck for a drink, nibble and relaxing outdoor time. We love unit 14. A short walk to the Pap Tavern & Plaza shops completes the package. We live in Papamoa so we are very biased but this is still a treat for us & the staff always ask us "how was your drive to get here today?". "
