"There were lots of ants in the room on the floor on the bed everywhere and they keep coming. The staff tried to clean it twice but after some time the ants keep coming, we had booked 2 rooms but ended up staying in one room. They didn't had any other twin room available. We had booked 4 nights but spent only 2 nights there. We raised it with expedia and the property agreed to return the 2 nights money"

It was so smelly, uncleaned,disgusting bathroom and without any privacy and basic facility. "very quite and dreamy place.Staff are so helpful and friendly.There are 8 cottages in total going down the hill with jungle view,just remember many stairs to take if you are down the hill.We will come back for sure :) a bit far from ubud city but there is a free shuttle service twice a day,very close to rice fields.I recommend use their car service and driver for daily tour,fair price and very friendly."
