"Property is right on the beach and the staff was very friendly. We didn't see any bugs, the AC worked, and the bed was okay. Those are the pros. The cons... I was disappointed overall. This is not what i expected from a Wingate by Wyndham property. It wasn't the cleanest. The hallways, stairs, and walls were all a little grotty. We only stayed one night and so it was bareable, but i will not be reserving this hotel in the future for our stays in Galveston."

"Place was very affordable but there were small indicators that cleanliness was not up to par. There were loose dark brunette hairs in the bathroom and shower that were obviously not ours, (we have blonde hair) and the security door latch was missing. The room did not match the advertised photos on the website but other than cleanliness and the door latch missing, the room was very very affordable and worked in a pinch."

"Very nice place with cameras outside for safety. The office staff are very kind. Our room was super clean and smelled great. They gave us a bag with snacks and water which was so cute. The room had shaving kit and tooth kit. Which each one of my kids needed. Great place all around. At night their planters light up very pretty "

"The bed was comfortable but too small. The rooms were clean we had clean towels everyday. Quiet and very peaceful. The only flaw was the parking. Too tight. Overall we would stay there again. "
