"As soon as we entered hotel aroma filled the air in a soothing pleasant smell that is very welcoming ! Check in was fast. Front desk clerk who checked us in is very nice, friendly and helpful ! As we (my brother and I) approached our room on the 17th floor we passed housekeeping women who greeted us so kindly ! I was impressed ! She has a nice smile which made us smile as well ! If you park on hotel grounds it’s $70 or you can park directly across the street from hotel at parking lot for $35. We parked across the street. The surrounding area has many sights and restaurants as well as fast food places to grab a bite to eat. It is safe to walk. As I said our room was on 17th floor (room 1706) ; the room is very spacious ! Really nice bathroom. Also has an espresso maker, refrigerator, and microwave. A huge screen tv as well. A full size desk which tv sits upon and 2 comfy chairs. Beds and pillows are very comfy ! Had a good nights sleep ! A awesome view from room window of the American Falls to the right and skyline to the left, right in middle view of casino. We really liked that you could walk from inside, adjacent a bridge, from hotel to shopping center. Restaurants, and casino. All of hotel staff are wonderful !!! We really loved our stay at this hotel !! Starbucks and IHOP are located in lobby as well as a nice gift shop where you are greeted warmly with a smile ! I highly recommend staying at Wyndham Fallsview !!"

"Very welcoming and helpful at registration offering a room upgrade to a suite and information on the restaurant. The suite has two small rooms. Decor is quite dark. The restaurant was casual with good wine and food and friendly waitress. "
