"A lovely hotel very close to Tokyo central station and conveniently located beside the airport limousine bus service. 5 star quality and service throughout the property, A little curiously, there was a small surcharge for entering the hotel bar when they had a live performer there."

"If you want to stay in the heart of all Shinjuku craziness this is a great location. We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are small and so it was difficult to unpack, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful in helping us navigate our first few days in Japan. "
