Arrived at property room did not smell very pleasant not enough towels provided and the ones we did have were badly stained. Staff changed them when we asked and were apologetic. Not too sure if the bedding was clean either. 20min walk to the train station to go into Toronto so that was good.

There is nothing I like about this place. It was dirty, it smelled and the lock on the door was broken. I have to say Expedia was wonderful to deal with and got us out and into a Hampton, which was amazing.

All rooms are or were smoking.. still smell of cigarette smoke. Carpets and lino dirty. TV would not work but finally the duty guy got it on, but remote volume still not workjng and channel changes only worked sometimes.

As soon as we checked in, we realized our toilet was broken so we told front desk he came to try to fix it but left for 30 mins so my husband was the one who ended up fixing it! He was very nice about it however the whole experience was so inconvenient, as we are only here a short time, because my sister is in labour so we only came here for a lil while just to relax! The place definitely needs to be cleaned thoroughly and maybe update the property a bit. I stayed here 7 years ago for a few wks, and had a pretty good experience overall back then. However this time has been quite the let down!

It is a very basic room. I had low expectations because of the price and its location. However, the bed was not comfortable, it only had a fitted sheet and one of those thin quilted bed covers. No sheet and no comforter. Normally I remove those quilted bed covers because they rarely get washed, but since they didn’t have anything else I had to use it. It’s like walking back in time otherwise. You do get what you pay for and that’s all. No major complaints. I felt safe.

This is in a nice location which we love. I just wish that the front desk is open 24 hrs. We left our key in the room, passed midnight. It’s very stressful. For the price, this place is ok.

do not book from this Motel, Staff lock and close the office at 11 pm, we are blocked at front door and not able to do the checking in, in the morning the door also locked,not able to do the check out early.
