The staff are rude and fail to understand the customer service provider relationship. In an error I booked the wrong date which I immediately tried to rectify with Expedia, but they have not responded to my request. I also paid for two further nights however I was approached in my room on the 1/6/24 and when I tried explaining the situation the receptionist staff member, she ordered me out of the hotel. I requested her managers phone number which she refused to give me, she did give me an email address I requested that she contact the manager and ask that the manager ring me, again she refused. I asked for a refund, and they refused that as well.
She then called the police in which five of them turned up, what more do I have to say if these are the types of people you want to partner with then you are in trouble. There is a point I did raise with the police, and they have admitted that they are wrong this was not a police issue and should have been managed at a commercial level which is common commercial law I did not pay them directly therefore I contracted with Expedia and the Madison Hotel are then vice versa.
What are you going to do about this I not that refunds are up to 5 months if that is the case I want the interest component added. I would also ask that Expedia call me and discuss its my intention to request that the Madison Hotel in Townsville is excluded and if they go to another site, I will continue to supply this information on their behaviour regarding this ma
