"Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad"

"The staff at the royal garden were exceptional. An example of how other big hotels should operate. The rooms were standard but had essentially everything needed. Good place to stay if you want to stay just off a main road. Certainly a quieter part of town, great for light sleepers."

"Excellent location beside the star ferry. Great selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Great views from the top of the adjacent car park above the ocean terminal. Have stayed here many times :)"
