bed was hard as rock, ac worked, hot water and shower good except tub has no grab bars and no traction strips. ac in hallways not working or off to save money. service fee tacked on after booking and they said I agreed to pay but the clerk said she could not do anything about it at check in and I am stuck with it. NEVER AGAIN at any OYO hotel third strike.

Hotel was nice and clean. Service was fast and friendly. Rooms arr spacious. Area around hotel has a lot of shopping centers that you can choose from and fast food restaurants.

While I expected the $50 fee that will be refunded when they see nothing is wrong with the room, I did not expect another $4 charge for "the booking"! I paid for the room weeks ago! There should not be an additional fee when i arrive! Though I liked the facility and the room i won't stay here next time. I don't like hidden ridiculous fees!

Night manager was so friendly and had such a friendly smile. So hospitable! I will definitely be back to this specific hotel. It was my anniversary weekend and it was absolutely amazing.

Older property that is showing age, but is clean and safe. Getting in and out of the property is a little tricky if there is traffic. Walking distance to shops and places to eat if you don't want to drive.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. It was very low cost, and for the price, was very nice. We checked the room and mattress for cleanliness when we got there (had a bad experience with bedbugs once, and now have a lifelong fear!) and it was very well kept. It isn’t overly ritzy, or fancy, but it is a good, clean, quiet and safe place to stay in Tulsa.
