"Staff was so accomodating and nice. Felt well tsken care of dueing our stay. The villa qas wxactly as the pictures showed and we loved it. Only downside is other dining and shops are not wothin easy walking distance but that was also part of the appeal. We didnt want to be in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. This also allowed us to not get stuck in traffic when our driver took us to activitiee. Overall i wpuld stay here again! "

"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor. This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating. We booked one of the cottages, which are located on the roof, this resulted in us hearing road noise 24/7 Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up only eating once at the hotel. "absolutely beautiful resort, many activities to do within the resort, the staff is friendly, humble and accommodating. The evening shows are nice, food was good several restaurant within the resort to choose from, we set up a spa day as well and it was beautiful. The spa is located next to the river and you can hear the water while getting a massage, if there is any cons which aren't really cons, its that you are in the jungle, so there is many bugs, critters and other kind of wildlife, the bathrooms in the lobby/restaurant areas do not have air conditioning, and twice i walked in and was greeted by BIG lizard/Iguana things in the stalls. Again, it is the Jungle so I didn't let it bother me. The bell boy warned us of the monkeys that like to show up in the early morning around the villas. But again we didn't mind. Overall the Villa was beautiful and relaxing. I would love to go back to this resort one day. Of course, whenever I am mentally and physically prepared for that 24 hour flight from California. lol "
