"The staff was amazing. Had a small scooter accident out front and Ben took time to clean up my cuts and bruises, and then arranged a ride for us to get to Padangbai. Very friendly and there was always wonderful breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and was consistently looked after, the bathroom could use a little updating but that was worth the trade off for the wonderful experience given by Ben and his staff."

"The front door was warped and barely shut. The doors had gaps in them letting outside air in. You have to keep the bathroom door shut because there are mesh windows in the bathroom that let hot air in. They were doing construction in the room below was loud as well. The front desk people were annoying and kept calling when I told them what I was doing. One older guy at the front desk charged me 50k for another room key. I found it and brought it back when I checked out. They said he shouldn’t...
