"Beautiful building and grounds. Shuttle a bit slow to arrive, and elevators get a bit overwhelmed at times, but otherwise all was great! Well appointed rooms, pool and hot tub were great too."

"The experience was overall good. I thought it was a little weird maintenance was in there replacing a lightbulb after we came back to the room from the pool. "
"Convenient to Hollywood sites. Bathroom small but traveling single so o.k. Loved all the historic gilden age of Hollywoid photos in the Hallways. Upscale bar/restaurant next to lobby. Always busy in evening with good mux of folks."

"Our room was beautifully decorated and we loved the theme. Even the bathroom was amazing. We had a view of the Hollywood sign which was the icing on the cake. The valet parking service was a bit pricey but very easy and excellent service. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. We walked to Hollywood Boulevard but were very disappointed at how dirty and run down it was. We couldn't find anywhere to eat so went back to the hotel diner only to find it was closed as there had been a private event. We were advised to walk another 10 minutes to Franklin Village where we found lots of lovely dining options. We had breakfast in the hotel diner which was incredibly busy and popular but service was great and the food was good too. When I booked I noted a $15 food voucher per person but then couldn't find any evidence of this so we couldn't make use of it and paid in full. An expensive but nice stay."
