"Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash...

"I visited Moab with my 80yo parents who wanted to see the national parks. This residence was the perfect location with excellent access to downtown-- just cross the bridge to the north of the property and there you are! Its also located minutes from the grocery store, which was convenient. No stairs was good as my parents have limited mobility. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our visit."

"Lovely, super comfortable home, perfect exploring Zion. The fenced backyard was perfect for my dog and the place was perfectly set up. Everything you needed was present and in amazing condition. The place was very clean and was a short drive to many of the wonderful parks in the area. The owners were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and cook meals. Keurig and Nespresso machines were great as well as variety of coffees, sweeteners, creamers! This unit is in a great location and Liz, one of the owners, was so nice and easy to get in touch with! Will stay here again."

"The house was just as pictured. Newer home with all the amenities. Very nice and clean. It was out toward the country and really peaceful and relaxing. We did stay out and about most of the day but when we came back we were able to kick back and relax. Loved the house and area. It was perfect!"
