"We did not stay here after I realized that I had missed important information regarding the owner and dog living below the residence. The issue lies with privacy. It would be difficult to express intimacy with a partner while being concerned with noise and observation by the individual downstairs. The venue is lovely but I would not want to feel watched while canoodling on the dock."

"Better than the pictures! Absolutely everything you need to keep everyone happy. Excellent kitchen, well stocked, high end appliances. Perfect table for everyone to fit around for dinner or games. Nice, inviting living room with the most comfortable sofa! Super comfortable mattresses in every bedroom and Huge TV's everywhere! The outdoor space is basically another huge living room. Host is super thoughtful with extras (snacks, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, waters, even champagne)!...

"Styled a little like an unfinished Mexican restaurant, with things fairly piecemeal and slapped together. Definitely not attention to detail. A screen was broken on the screened in porch and when I took a shower, the entire shower door popped out when trying to close it and I had to scramble, soaking wet, to get it back in. My friends and I came out to meet each other here and see other friends in Georgia. We wanted to have people over one night for cake and dinner to celebrate birthdays, but...

"Great property and nice pool. Back porch was awesome and plenty of bed and bathrooms. I want a huge fan of having to identify everyone staying at the house along with their age before arriving. I had never been asked to do so in past VRBO rentals. The pool table needs updating, basically unusable, but everything else was great."

"I thought I reviewed this once already so this one will be quick, there is NO WASHER/DRYER, I missed that detail, stairs are steep, upstairs was cold, super basic, one roll of one ply toilet paper in each bathroom, minimal furnishings, good communication from owner, served our needs as we were barely there (gone all day and only came back to sleep), post cards on wall throughout house with instructions."
