The hot tub was great too! Mindi and John are wonderful hosts with top notch communication. The location was perfect for exploring the National Park and surrounding areas. "After attending a wedding and staying at a resort at the northwest side of the island, we decided to try the opposite side. Very comfortable location overlooking a golf course. Even played a few holes. Very short drive to Volcano National Park where we spent quite a bit of time. Home was very clean, well equipped and owners were very accommodating. Very relaxing location. I highly recommend this location and would definitely come back if I was to stay in the area."

"The bungalow was quaint and lovely. Loved hearing the doves, frogs, roosters. There were bugs but that’s expected in this area. No A/C but with the fans and closing the curtains while we were gone during the day it kept the place cooler. They also provide extra fans if needed. The tap water tastes good. The lanai is very nice, the table inside is great too. For a couple or small family who intends to explore…this is a great place."
