Luxurious ground floor "no stair steps" villa with private lanai, large lawn area and wide open views of the golf course. Granite slab counters in the large, well-equipped kitchen. Living and dining areas have hardwood floors. Kitchen, entry and baths have tile floors. New entertainment center with a 55" 4K TV and many different board games. New sectional sofa and new mattresses in both bedrooms. We stock supplies for your whole stay, not just tiny amounts for the first few days. The lanai has dining for 6 plus a Viking grill and sink in the outdoor kitchen. The garage holds sand chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, wagon, two Trek bicycles and two sets of golf clubs. Discounted green fees of $85 for 18 holes before 11 am at the Beach 9, Lakes 9 and Kings 9 Courses just a short drive from the unit. Club rentals are $25 at the Pro Shop. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. Luaus at the Hilton and Marriott with traditional foods, music and dances. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the complex, but only a one minute walk to the delightful tropical lagoon pool and hot tub for a relaxing swim or catching up on that book you have been wanting to read and the fully equipped workout room. Or drive 10 minutes to the best white sand beaches on the island, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Paradise found!

Exceptional rental!
This rental greatly exceeded our expectations! The property is quiet, peaceful, extremely well maintained. Pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The condo itself is very comfortable, updated, clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (and much more!). There is a nice lanai overlooking golf course. We had access to quality beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Area is very pleasant for walking - short walk to A-Bay, lot of shops and restaurants. Definitely hope to stay in this condo again, we very highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the view of the golf course and pretty grounds. Beds were very comfortable and was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach, for preparing meals, etc. We had a flight delayed and the host was totally accommodating and very easy and quick on communication. Great Golf at Waikoloa Beach Resort
This ground floor unit is so convenient to Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining but the best thing we loved about it was the golf discount. There are golf clubs in the garage so we saved money on renting clubs. There is a men’s left hand set and adult right hand set. Very easy to book all our tee times at the kings and beach golf club where the owners are Gold members.

Best equipped and organized VRBO
The owners of this lovely condo have literary though ot EVERYTHING! We have stayed many places throughout the US, and this one has it all, which made our stay truly comfortable and easy. The decor is highend and beautiful. The kitchen supplies and organization are wow! The beds are extremely comfortable and clean, with nice linens. The garage has every beach amenity guests could want. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and grilling our dinner several evenings. The proximity to ABay, Lava, Lava Beach Club for a casual dinner and drinks, and shopping is super convenient. The guide books provided by the hosts were a plus and we explored much of the far reaches of the island using them. Thank you Chris and Stuart for a delightful stay!

Cozy home away from home
If you’re looking for a great place to stay to feel like you’re home away from home, we highly recommend this lovely property! Chris and Stuart went above and beyond to help, think, and supply everything you need for a comfortable vacation stay on the island. It was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need, even things for the whole family to utilize at the beach/parks. (Also a well thought out guide with tips and recommendations!) Parking and in-house washer and dryer was something that our family appreciated and is an added bonus to booking our stay. Excellent communication (quick responses) from the hosts and property manager made it easy for us to check in and out. Thank you! :)

The space was very comfortable and nice for my family. The unit had a well stalked kitchen with everything you would need as well as a one car garage with plenty of snorkel gear, towels and even two bikes to ride around. The nearby A-beach was amazing and we enjoyed a nice dinner on the beach at the Lava, Lava Club. This place has it all and is centrally located to many great beaches and wonderful shopping!

An excellent return visit
This property was just what we were looking for when we stayed here last year. When we decided to return to Waikoloa, this property was our first call. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner provided a golf discount which saved us a considerable amount of money. When we had questions, the property manager responded very quickly. Hopefully, we will return again next year

Amazing place right in the golf course
Awesome place. Safe, clean, great amenities and tons of gear for activities. Right near queens market and kings shops, restaurants, bars and the condo was right on the golf course. Both the property manager and owners were super responsive and helped with anything questions we had. Also near some great beaches! 100% would recommend.

Lovely property
We totally enjoyed out stay. The Villas is a quiet, beautiful property with beautiful landscaping and views of the golf course. Just a short walk to the pool/hot tub. We had everything we needed for the beach. We didn't use the oven or the stove, but used the grill on the lanai. We couldn't figure out the ice maker so used small plastic containers to put in the freezer to make ice for our coolers on beach days. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a fantastic location and had a lot of beach gear available to use. The only issue is that while the unit does have AC, it was locked at 75 and we could not make it any lower, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing anywhere.

We loved this property. Due to my husbands cardiac condition i cook most of our meals. This kitchen had everything. It was stocked with many seasonings,evoo, balsamic vinegar and so on. I think people leave what they have leftover for the next guest. Host were very easy to work with. Pool was great. I used the gym several times and if worked out well for what i needed. We enjoyed watching the golfers tee off. Would absolutely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villa condo and will definitely book again. We had everything we needed; beds were new and comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked which allowed us to cook many delicious meals, there were plenty of beach items to available, the property and home were very accessible for our party who had some mobilty limitations. Chris and Stuart were very responsive throughout and helped us out with something in particular that we needed. You can tell that this condo was cared for by the owners. Thank you Chris and Stuart.

We love this beautiful place, so well appointed! The owners are generous with so much equipment we could even take our grandkids to the beach and found beach toys in the garage along with chairs, bikes, boogie boards and anything else we might dream up. The view, the location, the pool, the workout room…the BEST! We come to the big island and have stayed in many places but next time this will be the first place I check.
