"I've stayed several times at this building and this is one of the nicest of the units I've been in!!! It's an end unit and has extra windows. The place was clean, seemed recently renovated with neutral and cosy items. Had a beach vibe without being over done. It felt zen! This rental did NOT come with beach chair rentals but it's easily arranged with the beach chair company for cheaper than most other places on the beach. There is very spotty cell service in this area of the beach and this unit...

We decided to stay one additional night and the Property Management Company made the process super easy. The picture in the ad doesn’t match the extra room. Instead of two twin beds, there is now a bunk bed with full on bottom, twin on top and twin trundle. This was a huge hit with our kids!!"

"The views of the gulf cannot be beat from this unit. Easy check in. There are books and games and brochures of local things to check out. Kitchen well equipped. I would update some of the towels and linens/bedding just to be a little more modern and plush but nothing wrong with what’s there. Just a recommendation. AC worked great, loved the beach chairs available. Balcony furniture was great to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine while looking over the emerald water. Would definitely stay...

Unit has a nice ocean view. The beach service that comes with the unit was an extremely nice experience. Overall a great stay."

"Great location on 30a, behind the Big Chill. Very nice property, clean and the perfect size for our family of 3. 2nd story unit. We walked to dinner and ice cream and coffee was only a few steps away. This unit has a tankless water system, and we couldn't figure out how to get warm water in either shower. The property managers were very receptive and quick to respond. They tried to walk us through the process. We just couldn't get it to work. Didn't ruin the trip, though. We'll be back next...
