It’s not enough to keep me from coming back, but new travelers, caught off guard, often look like stranded passengers on a deserted island. They quickly grow frustrated, looking helplessly at the dedicated check-in “Jedi,” who stand by just watching the hilarity unfold. What’s supposed to save time just ends up making the check-in process feel like near torture. Yet, I’m a repeat offender at CitizenM because the overall experience is fantastic. The second-floor lounge feels like home with its cozy mid-century vibe, and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired."
