"Staff was so Friendly. Check in quick and easy. View from our room, riverside was phenomenal. Everyday we had a shuttle from the hotel to take us to the train station where we could either hop on the sky train or the ferry. And the shuttle comes every half hr to pick up so we never had to worry about ..."

"In the heart of it all. Walk jump on a trolley or take a river cruise you can do it all. The hotel staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for food. The rooms were beautiful. The beds comfortable and the bathroom shower wonderful. Would definitely recommend"

"Elevators made a racket. Some sounded like hoses or cables were sliding down the sides, others made other strange sounds.. Only other remark would be to vacuum the room floor carpeting. As soon as we entered the room and sat down to relax, we found nail clippings on the carpet..."
