"This hotel was very nice! It is very modern and clean. The staff is great: super helpful and friendly. The reason this isn’t a 10/10 is because of the smell and no balcony. Sometimes the hotel lobby smelled of cooked food due to open layout. Sometimes it smelled like the sewer (however parts of France smell this way due to their canals). It does NOT smell in the rooms. "This hostel looks a little tired. There's no shelf or pocket for your electronics or whatever you need to keep close at hand. Location is so-so for those doing typical tourist things,and it's not as if it is extremely close to a Metro stop. On the plus side, staff aims to please."

"We had a lovely 4-night stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. The staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out also to Fernando for being particularly welcoming and helping us when we first arrived). The rooms were spacious and had incredible views over Paris. We also went up to the skybar (rooftop bar) which was a wonderful experience watching the sunset and the tower begin to light up. The hotel gym has everything you could need and more! In terms of location the hotel is close to bus stops, the metro and Montparnasse train station (handy for trips to Versailles which you can get to in 20mins on the train). There are lots of restaurants around the hotel too, as well as two on-site. Would recommend this hotel and thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful."
