"Good location on a street with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars. I left before breakfast, so can only comment on the room which was small and basic. The bathroom was small too and the shower had a curtain, no glass screen, so a bit dated. Check-in was OK as was check out. A bit pricey for what you get, even for central Paris. "

"The location is great with many different kinds of restaurants and shops, and especially close to several Metro stations! But I’m most impressed by the professional and kind help of the staff, in particular the gentleman on night-morning shift on March 12-13. He went out of his way to help get my Uber to the right pickup position! I would recommend this place to anybody coming to Paris for business or pleasure! "

"Outstanding for a 2 star hotel, the guys on reception were very accommodating, very lingual, and always willing to help! The room is small, but has all you need, the shower is quite small, so if you’re a larger person, i wouldn’t recommend, as it’s quite a squeeze in there. We had no issues with bed bugs, despite the ongoing ‘crisis’ paris is supposed to be in. "This hotel is in a completely pleasant, safe, walkable, primarily residential neighborhood. There are lots of dining, bar, & food resources - like neighborhood bistros open late and Sunday/Monday. My room faced the main street that was busy during the day but very quiet at night for excellent sleeping! Short, flat walks to 2 Metro stops. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I speak only English. Their English is excellent."

"We stayed a few days at Hôtel Aviatic to visit Paris and we had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect (5mn walking distance from Denfert Rochereau subway station), the room, despite being a bit small, was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was good enough to freshly start the day. I would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Paris and doesn't wish to spend too much money in a hotel."

"I thought it would be old and quaint but it was just old. It’s not a place that you really want to spend time in. It was relatively clean and a decent area close to transport. I don’t like the fact that I had to leave the key at the front desk when I went out. I would spend more and stay somewhere nicer next time."

"The hotel was clean but even if the property is rated 2 stars the management must be more generous in terms of comfort. Only one towel, one toilet paper roll in the room. No shampoo, only one tiny bar soap! Receptionist barely speak French, did not try English. Remote control with no batteries. Very tiny elevator, NOT SUITABLE FOR WEELCHAIR AT ALL. I know it’s Paris, but it could be better. The night receptionist was pleasant. May be zero-star motel."
