"Nice clean place, only issue the mini fridge did not work and not enough washcloths and towels in room. Liked the area and security was good though. Close to everything. The scent of shampoo, conditioner and body wash they supply had the same scent I bathe my dogs in. I would stay there again if I ever go back. Overall good place for price."

"The stay is great - one suggestion is to pls cancel the luggage fee - your hotel is decent - and a decent hotel doesn’t charge fees for helping your clients to check their luggage for a little bit before or after the time they are check in or check out. Otherwise I would have have really enjoyed the stay. "

"This property was perfect for our girls trip to NYC! Our room had 2 queen beds in one area with a pocket door to separate it from the other area which featured a twin over full bunk bed. The bathroom had a pedestal sink, toilet, and large wall in shower. Several nice touches were the large dispensers for shampoo and conditioner in the shower, hairdryer, makeup wipes, and vanity kit. Said they would provide us a different hotel, then did not reserve anything, and we had to call expedia 4 times over the course of a day and arrived at the hotel with no room booked for us. Then, we ended up having to pay almost double out of our own pocket to stay in the hotel A truly horrible experience."

"We were on the 7th, top floor. There were two stairways that were open and a very narrow passage to get around them to the rest of floor. Hallways were all narrow. Bottled water was available, but you had to ask for it as well as washcloths. It seems like the expected was minimal. The location was very good and walkable."
