"Room was very hot, despite our thermostat being set to 60 degrees AC. Smelled like someone smoked in the room prior to us. "

"Airport shuttle was very convenient and efficient. Used it both to and from airport. Wish they had some sort of dining for late night arrivals. Many flights were delayed because of the weather. At least we had some sort of food delivery service. "

"Lovely hotel in very good location in city centre. Shared bathrooms were right across from room and there were 5 of them. Only ever saw 1 other in use whilst we were there, so there was no waiting to use. Toiletries provided"

"I stayed at the Copley House whenever I go to Boston. I truly enjoy my stay there and the convenience to everywhere in Boston. There are so many shopping, dining, historical, entertainment options all within walking distance. The location is quite safe, as well."

"Check in process was quick and easy, front desk Person was very nice. The room was comfortable and apparently clean, but it had a musty smell, only stayed one night so no time to complain. "

"We love the warmth of this hotel! It’s very inviting, the employees are all very nice and the location is perfect. We parked easily on premise and walked everywhere. We ate downstairs in the Tavern. Alicia and Laurie exceeded our expectations. The service was fast and incredibly pleasant! The food and drinks were fantastic! We will definitely be back!!"

"The view was wonderful, you are steps away from the beach. Public transportation is connected to the parking for the hotel. Parking was not free, but $15 a night was not bad for that area I did not like the fact that had to keep on asking For towels, even in the pool area and toilet paper for the room. The wait for those items when I quickly and I just thought for what I paid for the room it should’ve been a little bit more luxurious, and everybody should’ve been on top of our amenities The room...

"I have three parts to my trip & had booked another hotel for one of the parts. I cancelled those reservations ro stay here again. Fantastic location, people super friendly, rooms were updated & clean."

"Overall, my stay was fine. The room and the hallways near the rooms are dingy, and there was trash in the hallway. Definitely in need of an upgrade. The dining area was bright and cheerful, although the tables were a bit crowded. I would stay again because of the good price I got, but there are definitely preferrable hotels in the Waltham area."
