"It was likely the prettiest Residence Inn I have ever stayed at given it was a beautiful designed restoration of and old steel factory building with beautiful old wooden beams throughout, with a seating area on the main floor that rose five flights with the old subway tiles and steel crosswalks above. Rooms were quiet. Great functional kitchen."

"I had travel issues getting to the hotel, but the team looked after my son who was meeting me there. I cannot thank the team enough for that!
Great service and lovely room."
"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. The restaurant was very expensive. $7 for a cup of coffee. It was $65 for 2 of us for breakfast. I only had pancakes and coffee. Husband had eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon and the coffee. I guess it's to be expected in Boston though. It's an expensive town. We had a great time though. Celebrated daughter's graduation with her Master's Degree from Emerson College. "
