"Friendly staff, good breakfast options, lovely room (albeit with a claustrophobic bathroom setup). Only hiccup? I was told that I would get a free bottle of water at check-in since I am already a Radisson rewards member… but the receptionist dropped the ball on that. Lol "

"nice comfortable stay and really friendly staff, not much around there in the evenings but it's just a few minutes walk from Amstel station and the metro or tram into the city or you can walk right into the centre along the river in 45mins you have to request for your room to be cleaned but that worked fine and ultimately it's more eco friendly"
