The Langham, Boston
5.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (1000)
"This was a nice hotel but not as nice as the other Langham hotels. My biggest gripe is that there were no mini-bars in the rooms. You have to pay for everything to be delivered to the room including snacks. The room itself had water but no snacks or fruit or anything. Also, the room had a shower with a very slippery floor. There was no bathtub. "

"The valet was great, very helpful. The bartender, Joel, was awesome. He was very engaging and very helpful. However, it was very disappointing that the only place to eat in the hotel on Sunday night was in Rumba. It is a small area and a very limited menu. My wife is temporarily handicapped and when she tried to go to the bathroom outside of Rumba, she found it closed for renovation. She was forced to go up to the second floor to use a bathroom. We have stayed here in the past and were very...
