"Overall the condo was great. The second bedroom is pretty small, however there were a lot of options to accommodate our family of 6. Two parents, two kids under 8 and two grand parents. Very close to Starbucks, restaurants, groceries. Just say 25-30 min for everything else like beach, 5th ave, mini golf… Word of caution don’t leave anything at the pool it won’t be there when you go back. Which has nothing to do with the condo but just being honest about it. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed."

"This little bungalow on the water is amazing! Quiet little nook on the island that's a 5 min drive to downtown Marco Island and also walking distance to excellent beachside restaurants on the Isle. LOVED our stay, any issues we ran into were immediately dealt with and didn't cause even a blip in our stay. HIGHLY recommend!"

"The property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property was easy to access and was very clean upon arrival. The location was great, with two Publix within a few minutes in each direction and a Walmart about a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Getting to a public parking spot for the beach is only about 10 minutes away; the same with many, if not all, of the restaurants on Marcos Island. Overall, I am very pleased with the property; I would stay there again, and I would recommend it. The pool area was very nice, but there were some spiders in there that need taking care of (not big ones!). I will say, if you are expecting any amenities to be available to you to take to the beach, think again. There were a handful of items in the garage, a small and large cooler, a mid-size cooler with a broken lid, all things I believe previous renters purchased for their stay and left behind. There was a full box of life preservers, if you needed them for young kids. There were no beach chairs, no beach umbrella or tent, and a few beach towels, and that was it. If you want it, bring it, or plan to buy it when you are there. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!"
