"The property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property was easy to access and was very clean upon arrival. The location was great, with two Publix within a few minutes in each direction and a Walmart about a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Getting to a public parking spot for the beach is only about 10 minutes away; the same with many, if not all, of the restaurants on Marcos Island. Overall, I am very pleased with the property; I would stay there again, and I would recommend it. The pool area was very nice, but there were some spiders in there that need taking care of (not big ones!). I will say, if you are expecting any amenities to be available to you to take to the beach, think again. There were a handful of items in the garage, a small and large cooler, a mid-size cooler with a broken lid, all things I believe previous renters purchased for their stay and left behind. There was a full box of life preservers, if you needed them for young kids. There were no beach chairs, no beach umbrella or tent, and a few beach towels, and that was it. If you want it, bring it, or plan to buy it when you are there. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!"
