"Wendy was a great host, great communication and easy to see they take pride in their house. Loved the Beach Salt! Great location about 1/2 mile off Route 6 in Brewster, making it easy to get just about anywhere on the Cape. Nickerson State Park entrance is also about 1/2 a mile down as well as a parking lot for the excellent bike path. House was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms had 2 bunk beds a double bed and a crib, if you have a bunch of kids excellent room for them. Very quiet neighborhood, never heard the neighbors. Family room has a gas fireplace with wall switch which makes it easy to add a bit heat if needed. There was a cornhole set in the basement which we set up and enjoyed playing a bit each day when we arrived back from our daily adventures. Highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future!"

The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit."
