"I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"I had a very early event in NYC and required a place to lay my head for an early to bed/early to rise night sleep. Location was perfect for access to the train into NYC. This room was ideal for that purpose. I was checked in quickly, had off-street parking, and the room was supplied with all I needed. I slept well and was able to attend my event on time and refreshed. I would definitely stay again if a similar need arose. "

"I’ve stayed here twice for business trips. This property is great for exploring the city and you’re close to everything. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely continue to come back again and again."

"Stayed here for a quick Business trip and it was perfect. Its about the size of a small hotel suite with the mini kitchen, but in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was a third of the price compared to hotels in the area with bad reviews, so this was ideal!"

We loved how everything was wrapped. Such as the towels and the kitchenette supplies. It was also great that we had internet and TV.
