"I’ve stayed here in the past and the level of service and quality was higher in the past. There was more care and attention to detail. For example, in the past when I’d left my luggage in between stays, it was waiting for me in my room when I returned. This time, they didn’t give me any tags for the luggage, it sat in an unlocked room and when I checked in and asked for it the reception desk said ‘try that room there’ and made no effort to assist me. I had to dig my luggage out from the back...

"The location of the hotel was excellent, just next to the Aiguille du midi cable car station. There were restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes walk away. The Chamonix-Mont-Blanc train station was about 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay was wonderful. "

"An apartment hotel designed like a country cottage. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Right in front of the hotel there is a huge supermarket where you can find everything you need. The pool and spa at the hotel are excellent. The hotel is located right next to the cable car that goes up to l'Aiguille du midi Highly recommended!"
