"Top notch customer service. Great pool service & quality of food. The view from the pool to the lake was stunning. They gave me a no hassle 10am check in and a 2pm check out.... I def recommend & I don't think you'll find a betrr pool in the area MN "
"The staff and property was truly AMAZING!
Aesthetically, The only suggestion I would make would be to upgrade the bed. The leather around the bed is showing serious wear and tear. The leather is pulling badly!!"
"A beautiful, historic hotel with charm and comfort. My room was beautiful and roomy. The staff were attentive and friendly and the restaurant/lounge, attached to the hotel, was polished and the food/drink delicious. I highly recommend The Grand in the cute town center of McKinney. "
"The staff made this one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had away from home. The turn down service, the room service, opening doors for guests, just their willingness to please you and make you feel like royalty. I am so grateful for their service. "

"The some of the previous reviews concerned me BUT how surprised was I!! I loved staying here. Yes, elements are dated but that was part of the charm for me. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathtub was a garden tub. The cafe on the 1st floor had incredible coffee and muffins AND there's a complimentary coffee station in the lobby if you prefer. The location is AMAZING! SO MANY GOOD FOOD OPTIONS WITHIN A 10 MINUTE WALK AT MOST! Even with paying for the valet I still came out cheaper than staying some else that "included parking." The valet service was lovely and diligent. You are staying downtown so expect to see the homeless. It's sad to see but I was not bothered by anyone.
I would totally stay here again."

"We stayed one night to utilize the waterpark with our 3 year old. It was so nice! We will be back. The staff was amazing, the resort is gorgeous. Everything is so nice. Food and drinks are pricey! That was our only complaint. "

"I was at a convention that connected with the hotel, the room there was excellent especially when I was tired after a long day. The restaurants there were perfect. I enjoyed my stay."
