"It's a Amazing property ..great service and food ...E P club if you have upgraded rooms ..I booked through hotels.com and thought that a deluxe room would be big enough but no the hotels.com rep in booking didn't have the knowledge about the property...so we had to find out the hard way ..pay double the amount we wanted to spend ...thats was the only bad experience I had ....so please do your own research about with room and service is good for you ....other then that there ia alot to do at the property.. "

"The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe.
