"The Gran Carlina is well situated in town and had free parking which was a bonus. The exterior of the hotel is in a very bad condition and needs major renovation. We were seriously concerned what the inside would be like! The interior was better but dated and a little tired, the same with the bedroom but it was clean. "We had a lovely stay here. The pool area is beautiful and the surroundings are peaceful. The view from our room was breathtaking. The room itself was very attractive and comfortable. The innkeeper was very helpful, from giving us an excellent restaurant recommendation to serving our lovely breakfast to an efficient and pleasant checkout. Highly recommend."

Great for self catering Cons - very small bedroom ( no enough space around the bed) , reception was closed had to go the hotel next door , a bit worn out , door stopper on the floor in the bathroom too close to the toilet - causing injuries . Not that great if you want a bar or a coffee in the lobby apres ski or in the evening . No...

"Great location and able to ski to slopes with young children. Ski hire and shops within complex. Lockers on same floor making it a lot easier to get ready in the morning. Apartment had everything we needed for the week. Will return."

"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after...
