"Great location. We were advised in advance that the pool was in repair and we wouldn't be able to use it during our stay. Nice "globo cookies" offered on arrival at the room. Spacious room, overlooking the ocean, on the 10th floor, was a great treat. Although it wasn't the free upgrade perk from Expedia, the fee we had to pay for this upgrade was well worth it. We usually stay at this hotel and it doesn't disappoint. Breakfast is also good with a variety of fruits, breads, cakes. "

From check-in to assisting with booking any tours/tickets/dinner reservations Fred at the front desk was always so helpful and greeted me by name every time he was there.
