"They have a contract with taxi office for convenience. If it wasn’t for the problem I had with that taxi I would’ve given them 10 stars but as a total no more than 3 stars . That taxi unfortunately ruined my experience not only once but every time I dealt with him I complained about him more than three times and I demanded $20 dollars a refund since we agreed to pay $230 but we paid $250 and nothing happened it’s not a big amount but the principal . "The hotel is sparkling clean, and has most amenities, it didn’t dazzle us. It lacked personality, and the beach wasn’t very good. Pools lovely but always felt busy, not relaxing. The spa and gym are beautiful but not all services available even though they had space dedicated to them (such as nail salon). Gym adequate but missing little things like towels and water. Housekeeping was by far the best of many stays with lovely staff."
