"This place is absolutely amazing, a definite touch of paradise . The hotel and dining areas are amazing with excellent staff , thankyou Budi . It's a fantastic getaway in a fantastic location . Only reason I don't give it 5 stars was it was very difficult to get a straight answer out of one of the staff when it came to airport transfers and an organised private boat trip. "Property is nice looking outside but my room is not well maintained. Safe is not working, when opened there are old phones, trash and tv remote control inside. They just give you 1 key and once you go out power is out, even accidental, you have to get somebody to open the door. The staff are courteous and helpful."
