They were kind, attentive and worked around the clock for guests, although their beautiful town was destroyed before our eyes. There was enough food for guests, charging stations and a lot of helpful information communicated throughout our stay. "Convenient location, nice staff and decent amenities. In need of some upgrades to the elevators and sound proofing as it’s sometimes a 10 minute wait for the elevators and the hallways get noisy at night with the traffic. "

"We had a wonderful stay, so much so that we extended our vacation here by several days! We had a Ocean View Studio - it comfortably sleeps 4 and has a beautiful view. The unit has washer and dryer which is a huge bonus! The 3 pools kept the kids busy, and steps away is a gorgeous beach - find a sandy area (some spots are rocky) and it’s great for playing in all day, swimming, and snorkelling. We saw turtles! Thank you to the staff, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back! "

"Stayed at Park Shore Waikiki for 6 nights during my first trip to Hawai’i and it was a great place to stay. Clean, great location and food options and literal steps to the beach. The only thing they could improve is placing a sign where you’re supposed to pull in for valet since it doesn’t look like you should pull in there. Otherwise everything was amazing. "
