"When a hotel has multiple floors, I prefer elevator service. I travel on long trips with lots of luggage. It took 25 minutes to move luggage to the 2nd floor room. Other than that, everything else was good. I didnt realize they have a sauna until after checkout. "

"Our room was a kitchenette. It looked like a recent renovation had been done and was very nice. Good bed, well stocked with kitchen supplies and even had a little dishwasher which was great. We had a three day stop over on our way back to BC so room worked well. However, the room was very small, especially for a kitchenette. Also, the doors in this hotel are very heavy so they were very loud when closing. There were several charging outlets and plugs that didn’t work so it was challenging...

"It worked for our large group because it had the pool and water slides, casino, sports bar, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and polite. We had a room right next to the security door, ice machine and vending machines so it wasn’t very quiet and the constant banging of the door left us sleep deprived. The girl who checked us in made an error on my credit card for 1200.00 which still hasn’t been credited 6 days later so I’m not too happy about that. But all in all it was a good place to...
