"The 1840s Carrollton was amazing. It was like going back in time with the ambience of this hotel. The room was welcoming and nicely furnished. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable including baking cookies upon our arrival. Breakfast was delicious and being able to eat outside was great. It was conveniently located near the places we planned to visit. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The view is wonderful (make sure you get OceanFRONT, not OceanVIEW), check-in was a breeze, staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was comfortable and relaxing, and the food on offer in both restaurants was delicious. We had a wonderful time! Only minor issue, it felt like some renovations are past due? We noticed damage to the artwork in the halls, stains in the ceiling tile in our room, torn up plaster in very visible places, SmartTVs in our room didn't work...

"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had to make 2 consecutive reservations to extend our stay and the staff was great about that and we did not have to checkout, because we had different room types and our keys were reprogammed correctly the first time. We got extra towels and pillows and hangers with no hassel, and with a smile. The breakfast was great too."
