"New hotel in Detroit and loved the service, environment and openness as you walk in. Small issues but have you ever been to a hotel that provides you Evian water in your room for free! Room was great and so clean. beware of rooms that face Michigan street due to noise of cars at night. The bar on the 7th floor is huge, roomy, with great staff, like MIMI, and has a great WOW factor! William was great at valet and they are trying to train the younger valet to open and close doors for people. Overall, after being at other 5 star properties in Detroit, this is the best one!"

"I was very pleased by how nice the Baymont in Grand Haven, Michigan is. At check in the desk staff were pleasant and professional. The room was nice and the bedding and towels gave an upscale ambience to the room. We were there Mother's Day weekend for Tulip Time in Holland, Michigan so I made reservations for brunch ahead of time. If I had know how extensive and well stocked the free breakfast was, I would have skipped my brunch reservations. They had a wide variety of foods and beverages including eggs with salsa, sausage, pancakes, yogurt and toast, cereals and more. The coffee was good. Out in the lobby is another coffee bar with Nespresso. There is a very nice pool and hot tub which made me wish that we had brought our swimming suits along. The other guests were quiet and there wasn't a 'pool smell'. I give them a hearty thumbs up!"

"My two night stay in TC for a family members surgery was much easier because we stayed at a comfort, friendly and clean hotel. ALL staff were super pleasant and helpful…breakfast host was so sweet, she kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean. Desk staff were friendly and fast, check in was easy. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant, always greeting us with conversation and smiling plus I noticed they kept themselves busy. I was impressed by the amount of staff that were present. The facility is in great shape, looks like many new upgrades. The pool area was clean. Hot tub was great but the pool was too chilly for our liking (this is the only thing I could find to make a suggestion about lol). Our room was comfortable, clean and well supplied with the essentials mini frig, microwave, coffee, blow dryer and comfy beds. Thank you for a great stay! Whatever management is doing it seems to be working well! All staff deserve a pat on the back! "
