We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. "Loved this resort, great for families. Everyone was very nice and there are many activities here for people of all ages and backgrounds. The property itself is gorgeous and when I went in May there were plenty of umbrellas on the beach. The only thing that I had a bad experience with was making dinner reservations for the evening meals. I stayed 2 nights and neither night had any openings. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have made reservations 1 week ago prior to arrival. A simple email or message from guest services about making these bookings ahead of time would have been sufficient. "
