"Location is great. Easy access to local transportation. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very clean , and we’ll keep up. This my second time staying here. It was my birthday and the hotel staff definitely made me feel special. They brought me a complimentary cake to my room to celebrate my birthday. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Cancun. ❤️"

"Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. Louis and Anel from the rooftop bar were the best part of our stay. These two always went above and beyond in accommodating us. Most importantly they treated us like friends and really made us enjoy being in the hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, budget friendly with some amenities, this is a great option. Really wish they had some sort of laundry options, as that screwed us up after the beach."

"Really a great location. Would recommend for either families or couples. Super friendly staff, very clean property, housekeeping goes above and beyond. Front desk staff always smiling ready to help. Food delivery by the pool and beach really nice - not just fast food, had nice salads as well. Also got a massage the spa which was A . Always found a shady spot by the pool which is great, not the case in other resorts. This may not be the same if you go during high season. I wish the beach did not...

"The staff here is amazing!!!! Big shout out out to bartenders Francisco. Such a great guy! While I have no major complaints, I didn’t like how all the restaurants required pants. Not even dress shorts were allowed and no speakers by the pool. I understand they were respecting everyone taste in music but consider we were at a adult resort, I thought they would be more flexible . The beach was amazing on the days it was clean but not the resorts fault. Would definitely recommend "
