"I am so impressed by this hotel! The manager is available via WhatsApp and kindly supplied some tea packets and a lovely mini card as I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival (and a cute little teddy bear keychain!) The staff is cordial and smiley. The room and bathroom is immaculate and the shower EXCELLENT!! Great water pressure and easy to turn on and off to save water. There is only sink soap missing. "The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean except for poor water pressure and not having hot water in the shower marred our stay esp after a long day out looking forward to a nice warm shower instead, we have a trickling shower and cold water. Requested maintenance to rectified it the next day - it was not fixed when we came back and a helpful technician came and managed to fixed the water pressure and the temperature of the water."
