"Small boutique resort. Stayed for a couple of nights in April ‘24. The exterior is beautifully landscaped and what a pool overlooking the beach! It was not that busy so could always get a lounger. Happy hour specials at the pool and a wonderful breakfast. Located on the quieter side of Chaweng beach, but walkable to the central area. Had a ground floor room with a comfortable bed. "I liked the room except it seemed to only be cleaned once every stay. Towels where changes every 2 days and bed sheet were not changes for the 4 nights I stayed. The biggest problem was the cocktail bar music volume, I had no problem with music all night but the volume was stupid! It was like everyone was on drugs in the bar with the staff. Shame as this property was really nice and could be so much better if not run by drug dependent staff."

"I booked for 10 nights but only stayed for 5 due to an incident and the hotel was good enough to organise a refund for the balance of the nights not stayed which was appreciated. I highly recommend staying beachfront in villa 1 as the sunrise over the ocean is incredible."

"Nice upscale resort at the end of chaweng beach, far enough away to be quieter, but not too far if you want to experience more of the action. Stayed in royal garden suite which had a large rooftop area, which to be honest we didn’t use much. Garden suites below looked as nice. Pool area was not too crowded and the restaurant served good Thai food on the beach, although plenty of other options a short beach stroll away.
