After complaining about the room to front desk they said nothing can be done as the cleaners were gone at that time. I told them we would leave in the next morning. Finally the front desk came up to check as if they needed to vouch our words. I showed him all the problems and...

"It’s a new hotel hence the room is new and facilities are all in good and new condition. You need to walk about 1km to restaurant and shops. That is the only inconvenience. The window is not really soundproof hence you can hear music from the bar and noisy bikers. Overall hotel is good. Like the new condition. Gym is good size. "

"This property is beautiful very clean and well looked after. The downfall is the location is a bit of a walk to Hoi old square and the hotel does offer a shuttle but it’s not frequently enough to either the old square or the beach. Would highly recommend they had some additional daily services."
