"Our stay at Pangulasian was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle. The private island experience was amazinG, I couldn’t recommend it more!"

"We have limited meal options. No beef meal was available when we stayed due to limited/no supply following a big event. Otherwise, we have an excellent stat. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially David Austria, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The GM, James, was very personable. The scenery is to die for! Very quiet and serene."

Complimented by the top notch service from their team and staff, there is nothing you can ask for but to wish that your stay could have been longer or that the experience will not end soon. The amenities are good and enough and I am sure could be better but the quality of service you get is what makes it standout and special. My words can not give justice to the whole experience so you must try it!!!. Shoutout to each and every member of their team for a job very well done.
